When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name, contact details, postcode and a description of the job. That is the only personal data this site collects. There are no advertising trackers here.
We use your enquiry to prepare your quote and to introduce your job to the roofing contractor matched to it. That contractor receives your details for the sole purpose of quoting and carrying out the work. Nothing is sold, rented or added to marketing lists, and we do not contact you about anything other than your enquiry.
Enquiries are delivered to us by email and a copy is retained in our enquiry system for up to 90 days as a backup, after which it expires automatically. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your job.
